The post was an upload of a bowl of oatmeal richly garnished with nuts and fruits. To caption it she wrote:

"When I make the time, I really enjoy cookin' a nice breakfast to start my day! Especially when we're working hard to eat cleaner this year."

Her "Slower-cooker-Steel-Cut-oats" meal, as she called it, looked colorful and appealing, and her fans applauded her food. Some followers praised her use of ingredients and expressed how much of an inspiration her post is.

The 59-year-old actress who lost 50 pounds a decade ago has regained a few pounds and intends to lose it again.

She revealed that her new year resolution is geared towards living a healthy lifestyle and is ready to make a change. According to her:

"I just feel really positive about 2020. Unjust feel like it's a new dawn."

Even though she intends to change her lifestyle, Valerie is still busy embracing and loving herself. She posted on her social media how "happy" she is about herself, irrespective of what the scale says or what the mirror tells her.

Even though she's excited about her appearance, the "Food Network" host explained that her life had been plagued with some sadness, which she hid deep inside her.

The tv-personality mentioned how much her mother's death affected her and how the feeling "grabbed a hold" of her heart. She's soon to hit 60 years old but doesn't intend slowing down in her career as a tv chef.

Although her show "Hot In Cleveland" ran for half a decade, her other shows "Valerie's Home Coming and "Kids Baking Championship," are currently on and have gathered an array of fans.

When Valerie's not educating her fans on her recipes, then she's sharing quality time with her "Hot In Cleveland" costars, Betty White, Wendie Malick, and Jane Leaves.
