The proud mom gets some help from her eldest daughter in relieving her of one of her parenting duties.
Jessica Alba is a devoted mother and it seems she’s training her daughter to be one too. Capturing an endearing moment between her eldest daughter, Honor and her newborn son Hayes, the 36-year-old actress couldn’t be prouder seeing how involved her 9-year-old was with her baby brother as she fed him a bottle of milk all on her own.
The photo which Jessica simply captioned, “These two” with heart emojis, is a testament to the great family dynamic Jessica has built for herself and her husband Cash Warren. The couple welcomed Hayes on January 1st of this year in addition to their two daughters, Honor and 6-year-old Haven.
According to a recent report by Hola!, the sisters were looking forward to their baby brother despite Haven’s worries of being a middle child. Appearing on the Rachel Ray Show, Jessica revealed,
"My six year old, she was worried about being a middle child, but she gets to be a big sister and a little sister. So, she’s stoked about that -- and she doesn’t have to compete with another girl."
Jessica also admitted on the show that she was looking forward to her little boy for her own selfish reasons.
“For me, the girls love their dad. I wanted someone to love me more.”
A big advocate for breastfeeding, Jessica also recently shared a photo of herself feeding Hayes in her office, something she also admits is one of her favorite moments with her baby.
