Jennifer Lopez Moves Into $18 Million Hidden Hills Home After Ben Affleck Divorce
The singer is stepping into her next era from a new home! After months of renovations, the performer has moved into the $18 million Hidden Hills estate she bought after her split from Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Lopez is said to be embracing life in the newly finished property, which was designed to reflect her taste and independence. The move comes after a lengthy real estate chapter tied to the Los Angeles mansion she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

Jennifer Lopez Has Settled Into Her Hidden Hills Estate
The singer and actress, 56, has reportedly moved into the $18 million Hidden Hills, California, home she purchased in February 2025, shortly after her divorce from Affleck was finalized.
The property underwent about a year of renovations before the singer settled in. A source said Lopez was thrilled with the result, describing the home as her own "Barbie dreamhouse" with a playful, feminine feel. The insider continued:
"It is girly and fun with pink and white colors, very feminine and yummy. She is over the moon about it and really living out her 'happy phase' with no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. She is free."

The insider added that the home also reminds Lopez of her Hamptons property, where the singer has enjoyed many family moments over the years.
On Monday, Lopez shared the first photos from inside the compound, offering fans a glimpse of her new space. In the images, the "Office Romance" actress appeared in a white bikini while spending time near the pool in the backyard of the two-story white house.

The Property Includes a Pool, Guest House, and Equestrian Facilities
According to reports, Lopez's new residence is an 8,600-square-foot, New England inspired equestrian estate located in the exclusive Hidden Hills enclave outside Los Angeles.
The gated property sits on 2.5 acres and is lined with mature trees for privacy. The main house includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen, and a custom home theater.

The now exes first listed their mansion for $68 million in July 2024, about a month before she filed for divorce.
The estate also features a guest house, a pool house, a swimming pool with an attached hot tub, and full equestrian facilities. Those include a five-stall barn, a tack room, and a private riding arena.

The home was previously owned by musician John Fogerty, known for songs including "Fortunate Son" and "Have You Ever Seen the Rain?"
Renovations began shortly after the singer purchased the Hidden Hills property, with insiders noting that she invested heavily in transforming the sprawling compound to fit her personal vision. The actress is known for redesigning every home she moves into, giving each space what those close to her describe as a signature "JLo touch."
Her Former Home With Affleck Has Had a Complicated Sale History
Before moving into her Hidden Hills estate, Lopez had been living in the $60 million Bel Air mansion she previously shared with Affleck. The former couple bought the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home — which included a guest house, tennis court, and infinity pool — for nearly $61 million in May 2023.
The now exes first listed their mansion for $68 million in July 2024, about a month before she filed for divorce. The listing later shifted several times, with the price dropping below $60 million in May 2025 before the home was pulled from the market that July.

It was later listed again for $52 million in September 2025, taken off the market in January, and listed once more for $50 million on May 5, according to property records. Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on August 20, 2024, the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding ceremony.
Their divorce was finalized on January 6, 2025, but reports previously said the couple had been living separately by May 2024. Affleck later moved his belongings out of the Bel Air mansion while Lopez was traveling in Europe, then bought a $20 million Los Angeles home in July 2024.
