One month after news of their split made headlines and divided social media, Jelly Roll, 41, and Bunnie Xo, 46, have officially finalized their divorce.

Jelly, real name Jason DeFord, filed his petition to end the marriage back in May, though the news only became public in June. According to insiders, the former couple finalized the split earlier this month.

While the exact terms of the settlement remain confidential, court documents obtained by the outlet show that Jelly and Bunnie are dividing assets including their homes, vehicles, an aircraft, and their intellectual properties.

Jelly will also make a one-time, confidential lump-sum payment to Bunnie, meaning no alimony claims will be made in court. Both stars have described the divorce as amicable, stressing that neither party was unfaithful.

Notably, their agreement includes a clause barring either from speaking negatively about the other in public, according to the court filing. In the wake of the settlement, a source has offered new insight into the end of the couple's decade-long relationship.

"There was never any desire to drag the process out," the insider said of the country musician and the "Dumb Blonde" podcast host, whose real name is Alisa DeFord. "They both wanted to handle the divorce with respect for one another."

"He's a very generous person by nature and wanted to make sure the divorce was handled fairly and respectfully," the source added. The insider also noted that Jelly is "doing really well" following the split, sharing, "He's focused on his tour and his health. He's in a good place."

News of the divorce first surfaced in mid-June, shortly after Bunnie posted a lingerie photo with a cryptic caption. The post, set to Metric's "Help I'm Alive," read, "She's getting her sparkle back ✨."

An hour later, she shared a screenshot of a text message that read, "Come here, let me show you what love feels like," with J. Cole's "Power Trip" playing over the clip. Soon after, she addressed the split head-on in a full episode of her podcast.

Having been candid about their relationship for years, Bunnie acknowledged that fans deserved "to understand why this is happening, where this is coming from, and what we're doing moving forward."

Despite the separation, the pair still plan to raise a family together. "We're literally settling our divorce in like... We've done it in like, what? Three weeks? Two weeks?" she said at the time, before adding, "We're still having a baby together."

"So, we have been the most unconventional couple that you guys have ever encountered," Bunnie continued. "We're going to co-parent together. J is my best friend. Like, this isn't what you guys think this is. Nobody cheated on the other person. It's literally just we served our purpose for each other."

Jelly echoed her sentiments at a concert shortly afterward. "Me and my wife are best friends. We will always be best friends," he said. "We just got off the phone today. Nobody cheated on nobody. She just did a whole podcast about it. You can go watch it, every word of it is the truth."
