Frankie's first post, a dancing video, sparked backlash from the public, leading the actor to take it down.

In his replacement post, Frankie, 40, shared that he and Paige, 33, were moving forward with a divorce after separating following ten years of marriage. Paige weighed in on the situation in the comments section, writing:

"Frankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old fun video of our family because people are so cruel to you. This world is so [expletive]… divorce is bad, sure - it's not like we're excited about it… but we're two adults who know how to be on the same team. I can't believe people could scrutinize that."

When one commenter questioned why the mother of one chose to air her thoughts publicly instead of speaking to Frankie privately, she pushed back.

"I did say it to his face," she responded. "1000 times. And I'll say it through text just as much because I genuinely care. That's the point."

The former couple's original clip showed them dancing with their five-year-old son, Mauz, to We the Kings' "Check Yes, Juliet." Near the end of the video, Frankie lifted Mauz up and jokingly used him as an air guitar.

In that first post, the pair revealed they had quietly separated before ultimately deciding to divorce. "Who says you can't stay best friends with your baby momma?" read the text overlay on the clip.

"After 10 beautiful years together, we've grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents," Frankie wrote in his follow-up post.

"We share an incredible son who remains the center of our world, and we're both happier, stronger parents because of the love and growth we've shared," he continued. The actor closed out the statement by asking for privacy for their family and their child.

"We're closing one chapter with gratitude and opening the next with bright futures ahead, for us as individuals and especially for our son," he added. "Thank you for the love and support."

The pair eloped the following year, in October 2019, then held a formal wedding ceremony in February 2020. They welcomed their son, Mauz Mosley, on March 22, 2021.

Their most recent public outing as a family came at the New York City premiere of "Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair" this past April, a limited series revival of the original 2000s sitcom.
