'Too Thin' Ryan Seacrest Sparks Concern – Video
The "Wheel of Fortune" host uploaded a video of his regular life at home, but netizens focused on something other than his cooking.
On September 30, 2025, Ryan Seacrest took to Instagram with a cooking clip, showing off how he was making a chicken in an air fryer. However, fans in his comments section immediately began commenting on his appearance.
Wearing casual beige clothing, the host stood in his kitchen and explained how he made a basting sauce, which consisted of rosemary leaves and extra virgin olive oil, for his chicken. The sauce would then be coated on the chicken's skin every 20 minutes.

He ended the clip by wishing everyone a "Happy Olive Oil Day." However, fans didn't seem to care about his food. Instead, they became concerned about his thinner look.

One person questioned, "What's going on, Ryan? You're too thin." While another said, "Love you, but you look unhealthy, too thin." One netizen used humor to leave a similar comment, "Ryan I've always loved you. Eat a cheeseburger 🍔 I won't tell 🤫."
Concerns over his health aren't new. A post from June 30, where he uploaded several photos of his life, sparked similar comments. At the time, a source told Men's Journal that Seacrest was working with a new trainer, Dodd Romero, on a combination of Pilates and yoga.
"That's created a visible change. He's also been enjoying vacation time this summer and eating lots of pasta," the insider explained.
